Social Media Manager

The purposed of the job is to meet Company`s customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The job scope includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial goals by hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Requirements:

Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and/or services and directing promotional support.
Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Creation and scheduling of relevant and engaging social and online content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Responsible for Facebook Ads and sponsors.
Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.
Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross promotions.
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads.
Collaborate with other teams and communicate with followers.
Stay up to date with current technologies in social media trends.

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive attitudes

Demonstrated detail-orientation

A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment  Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools including Google Search Console

Intermediate to knowledge how they impact search indexing

Knowledge and experience working within a CMS-driven website
