Job duties
- Provide patient care to incoming customer/patients and interact with them
- Able to use medical equipment and devices, training the customers and hospital staff.
- Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms.
- Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronically.
- Meet and greet incoming customers and patients at the hospital
- Sell services offered by the company
- Give product healthcare services demo to the customers
- Gather data and relevant information
- Provide weekly reports to management
Skills & Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital setting
- Must have at least 2 years experience at helpdesk/front desk or Sales of healthcare services
- Good communication and pleasant personality
