The position is responsible for directing the Healthcare Systems Management Program of the Department of Medical Education in consultation with the Director of the Department.

Responsibilities: Direct the entire operations of healthcare systems management program including its planning, expansion, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Identify faculty for HCSM program, supervise them and ensure that program is conducted as planned. Oversee and participate in the development and updating of curriculum for the HCSM Program. Supervise the examination and assessment processes and serve as Controller for HCSM Program. Supervise the entire admission process and act as lead interviewer at all interview stations. Supervise the direct subordinates in coordination with the visiting faculty of HCSM program. Serve as faculty for the course.

Qualification: Ph.D. in Healthcare Management / MBA in Healthcare Management / Masters in Public Health from a foreign reputable university.

Skills Requirement: Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. Computer skills with knowledge of MIS. Experience:. Minimum of ten years of experience in teaching and training as well as in developing, participating and overseeing healthcare management programs.
