A non-profit organization, based in Bahria Town Islamabad and operations all over the country, is seeking the services of an efficient person to contribute and support the Communication department of the organization. 

  • Develop and share success stories , case studies to enhance the visibility and projection of skills development activities in the region.
  • Develop proper plans for engagement of media at various events and ensure proper media coverage.
  • Develop yearly plan of events with Director programs and raise timely requisitions.
  • Develop DOPASI organizational brochure and presentation capturing history/introduction, activities and achievements covering all the projects in Pakistan
  • Develop information and communication material, which includes posters/backdrop, project briefs, standees, flyer/brochure, live streaming during the event, social media cards.
  • Assisting in developing proposals for projects and studies for the program.
  • To work on continuous quality improvement and program strengthening. Assure timely reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual – both qualitative & quantitative and need based.
  • Handling the website and social media.
  • Looking after company email domains and ensuing that basic IT services are in place.
  • Will extend support and facilitation to Program Manager to achieve the set outcomes/deliverables.
  • Conduct meeting with staff, develop action plans, manage follow-ups and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Any other task assigned by the Director Programs. 

Professional Requirements:

  • At least 3-5years of relevant experience
  • Experience of working with NGOs in the related field 
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills are a must
  • Result-oriented team player and leader
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability and cultural & gender sensitivity
