General requirements

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for video-based email outreach. Your goal will be to use your personality, video-friendly nature and tenacity to spread the word to marketers about company and how company can help them get development work done quicker.

As a business development representative, you will:

Work off a list of prospects to connect in a meaningful way using video.
Creatively introduce company to people that don’t know about us.
Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives
Work your way up to sending 200 outreach videos per month introducing yourself and company to potentially interested customers.

Required qualifications:

Excellent phone, video and listening skills
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
Interest in web development and marketing
At least one year of professional experience
Knowledge and ability to maintain a CRM and CRM tools

Desired qualifications:

Experience reaching or exceeding activity goals and quotas
Familiarity with HubSpot a huge plus
Understanding of the marketing agency vertical
