Job Description:
- Technical Writing experience at a software house, and/or an extensive freelance writing portfolio.
- Ability to write clearly, including publishing level grammar and software writing conventions.
- Ability to understand intricate concepts, examine them as an end user (not as a developer or SQE), and document them in a user-friendly formats.
- Technical Writing Tools (for example: MS Office, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, other image and video editors, etc.).
- Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create, update, review and deliver technical user documentation required to support CIS and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the PRODUCT flows, requirements and application design.
- Plan and schedule documentation delivery within timelines.
