JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED SKILL

Executive Coordinator - IT Order Processing & Tender

Job Description:

Should have 3-4 years experience in IT order processing with respective manufacturers.
Experience with some good IT organization is preferred.
Good understanding of IT products like Servers, Storage, Network equipment, UPS and the likes from a purchaser's point of view.
Proficient in the use of MS Office, specially word, excel and MS Outlook.
Knowledge of understanding and evaluating IT tender documents.
Be able to manage and write emails independently.
Self motivated and result oriented with good communication skills.
Age not beyond 45 years
