We are looking for professional who has moderate knowledge of e-Commerce platforms (Amazon, Woo Commerce, e-Bays, Walmart Stores etc). Assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions. Being an Customer Support for e-Commerce representative ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.

Required Skills

Reach out to customers for reviews or notify them for issues with order fulfillment.
Monitor customer returns, notify of issues with return, flag suspicious customer taking advantage of system.
Monitor order fulfillment and follow up till successful delivery.
