IT Administrator

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Based on our past success and continuous growth in business, Comtanix is looking to further expand its operations. Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of ‘’IT Administrator’’ with good communication skills.

Shortlisted candidate will be responsible to work as part of a bigger team and will be in charge of the following tasks:

System administration
Network security
Problem solving
Information security policies
On-call network troubleshooting
Firewall administration
Network protocols
Routers, hubs, and switches
Informing others
Process improvement
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Ability to work independently & effectively with all levels within an organization.
Ability to work in Night Shift
