Confiz is looking for a dynamic, motivated and initiative-driven resource, excited to strengthen interpersonal, analytical & people-management skills.

Job Description:

Manage medical Insurance for new hires, filing claims and providing assistance for current employees; liaison for adding/deleting employees.
Manage life insurance for new hires and leaving employees.
Manage time and attendance system and generate weekly/monthly attendance reports.
Manage leave balances for all employees.
Handling day to day queries / issues of employees.
Employee data management.
Employee personnel filing management.
Compile letters, templates, designs, layouts, contract documents with suppliers, employees, trainers, trainees, candidates etc.
Conduct all administrative on-boarding for new hires.
Process Final Settlements of all leavers.
Any other task as assigned by the Manager HR.

Required:

Bachelor / Masters in HRM or Business Management
Multi-tasking & positive attitude with high work ethic
High level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good verbal & written communication skills
