Job Summary:
A renowned Utilities firm in UK is seeking Telesales Executive for a growing environment at our Lahore office with unmatched basic salary with commission on top.
The Successful Candidate:
- Gather the information for the customers to identify the needs and requirements for the needed services
- Efficiently determining the right and suitable service and subscription model for the customer.
- Scheduling follow ups to maintain the sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Fulfilling Quality Assurance parameters to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Adhering to SOPs for qualifying the customer and scheduling the required service call.
- Successfully maintaining the sales pipeline and delivering the numbers to be a part of the growth process as you will be managing the future teams resulted by the growth.
- Exceptional in keeping the decorum and putting up 100% dependability.
Requirements, Skills and Experience.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in telesales.
- Written and Verbal fluency in English with a bachelor’s degree
- Efficient listening and familiarity with British accent.
- Problem solving and positive working attitude.
- Ability to deal with pressure and making outbound calls to prequalified leads.
- Target oriented and tech savvy.
