We need a US Dispatcher urgently seeking an adaptable and highly communicative Freight Dispatcher for US Markets.

This position offers experienced professionals a challenging opportunity to creatively solve problems and drive customer satisfaction, with competitive benefits and compensation.

Job Responsibilities for Freight Dispatcher:

Assist with other team members' dispatch-related queries/ calls.
Minimum Experience: 3 months

Necessary Skills:

Good communication skills.
Work in a stressful environment and accept challenges.
Ability to find best-paying loads, negotiating desired rates with brokers.
Keeping Owner Operators or Carriers assigned to oneself loaded all the time as per the client's requirements Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes.
Ability to work the night shift.
