Produce complete and accurate drawings for the approval/permit process, the detailing of fabrication drawings, and the erection of the building.

Essential Functions of Position (to include, but not limited to):

Associate of Science degree or equivalent drafting technology.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
Ability to draft required structures using Revit, a 3D modeling software within a pre-determined time frame.
Produce a set of building drawings concurrently with the Project Engineer, including anchor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections and erection details.
Ability to produce paper and PDF project drawings for review by project Engineers for permit or as required.
Ability to quickly and accurately correct or address red lines for accurate drawings.
Implement Engineering Designs to CAD drawing.
Single & Three Line Diagrams
Network Diagrams
Plot Plans & Elevations
Lighting/Receptacle Plans & Schedules
Conduit Plans & Schedules
General CAD: layering, dimensions, text, blocks, attributes, viewports, xrefs, plotting
“As-built” plans and documents
“Design-Build” contractor design assistance
Must be able to read and interpret design drawings.
Excellent work ethics.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good English skills. Able to speak, read and understand.
Computer skills - Excel, Outlook and Word software.
