Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong experience with the C#, .Net, JavaScript, ASP.Net, Ajax.Net, code maintenance, Multithreading, custom page integration (embedding custom ASP.Net pages into CRM and using JavaScript to integrate CRM forms).
  • Integrate development (.NET, SSIS) using Microsoft’s latest integration APIs, WebAPI
  • Write Microsoft Dynamics CRM Plug-ins and work on CRM instance administration
  • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow Foundation (WF).
  • Broad understanding and experience developing on the Microsoft platform, including products and frameworks such as Windows Azure, SQL Azure, Azure AppFabric, SQL Server, BizTalk, SharePoint, Office, Active Directory and xRM.
  • Manage the architect, design, and build of CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the main platform.
  • Support the deployment of CRM/Integration customization by creating installation procedures and documentation
  • Configure Dynamics CRM system with Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
  • Microsoft CRM Online 2013/2015/2016 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a must
  • Prior experience of working with CRM portal ADX Portal is a must.
  • Working knowledge of TFS.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • B.Sc. (4 years degree) in a computer-related field such as or Computer Science, Information Systems or Electrical/Electronics/IT/Industrial Engineering
  • 5-7 years’ experience in areas of IT of which 4 years worked in the large organization on deploying and supporting Microsoft CRM related applications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM products and CRM online
  • Desired experience with development frameworks (SCRUM / Agile).
  • Ability to diagnose and correct performance problems.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent Coordinating and planning capabilities
  • Vendor management capabilities
  • Team playing ability
  • Ability to handle the functional roles of non-reporting personnel
  • Fluent English (writing, reading and conversation) + Arabic is an advantage
