Service Delivery Manager (Technical)

Cooperative Computing is looking to add Service Delivery Manager for our Fortune500 product. Responsible for mitigating and removing impediments and ensuring the working team is enabled to deliver on product goals. Manages the alignment of several inter-dependent teams that all contribute deliverables to a broader program. Responsible for coordinating across many teams, facilitating, and escalating decisions that impact the program, and partnering with technology leads to deliver on the strategy of the program. Delivery work is complex, risky, strategic, and highly technical in nature.

Basic Job Description

Owner of Incident, Problem, Change and Escalation process.

Solid knowledge of ITIL processes. Particularly Incident management, Problem management, Change Management, Escalation Procedures.

SDM is accountable for overall SLA & OLA Managements per - Take ownership of P1 incidents and communicating with all stakeholders and posting the incident reviews.

End to end tracking of tickets.

The expectation of past exp of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.

Drive internal and 3rd party service review meetings covering performance service improvements, quality, and process.

Need to do all the documentation related to all the processes and products on Confluence.

Familiarity with technologies involved – (Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Dev & Test) essential
