About the Company:

CORAL, the clothing brand working in the fashion industry. As a growing brand we are expanding rapidly and looking to grow our team. We are now recruiting a highly motivated, intelligent and motivated candidate for the position of creative director.

Job Descriptions of Creative Director:

Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
Should work with creative strategy & purpose the visualization design
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
Should work with creative department at advertising and marketing concepts. The duties include planning company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations, and shaping brand standards by visualization design
Work closely with all project teams.
Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.
Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team
Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
And any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduates or Master’s degree in Fine art (Preferably NCA students are highly appreciated to apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash
Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media
Recent hands-on experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices
Web design experience an advantage, especially using HTML5 and WordPress
Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
