Duties:

Review of RFQ / Tender Documents received from Business Team and preparation of proposals (technical & financial) and its submission to Client in accordance with Tender Requirement
Preparation of Draft Contracts / vetting of Contracts received from Clients and ensure managing of all documentation of Contract (Hardcopy + Soft)
Keep up to date profile of Company its binding / spiral etc and submission to prospective client (hard & soft) where necessary
Should have Computer Savy, requires preparation of different kind of reports & presentation etc. (word, excel, powerpoint)
Experience Dealing with Vendor, issuance of Purchase Orders, invoice processing, liaison with Finance for its timely clearance.
Good Knowledge of operating computer and Fluent in Microsoft Office (MS-Word & MS-Exel)
The candidate must have a good command on Admin, Procurement and Contract management with an experience of 2-3 years.

PEC membership
Ability to conduct R&D
Report & technical writing skills
Have basic knowledge of relevant engineering tools and software
Power distribution and analysis, building management systems, ELV systems
The candidate must have a good command on Admin, Procurement and Contract management with an experience of 3-4 years.
