Responsibilities:

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of recent experience in SQA.
Creating/ reporting issues using testing tools such as Asana and Zendesk and keep track of the issues till they are closed.
Responsible for generating technical documents (Test Plan, Test Cases, Use Cases, and Release Notes.)
Must have excellent writing and communication skills in English language.

Requirements:

Must be hardworking, active and motivated with concepts of Testing methodologies, Bug Life Cycle, Testing Types (Sanity, Smoke, Load, Functional, Regression, Performance, etc).
Should have knowledge of Android Smartphone, iPhone/iPad, Web/Desktop based application testing.
Knowledge of QA standards and processing.
Familiarity with iPhone/Android development the environment will be Plus.
Should know the customer correspondence.
