This is a front line IT position providing computing support to staff. The position is responsible for problem determination, problem/incident recording and problem resolution. The employee will also be required to assist other staff on other duties.
- Software installation
- Software Configuration
- Troubleshooting for end users
- Hardware and Software upgrades
- Network printer installation/configuration
- General Desktop Support
- Purchasing of new hardware, IT equipment.
- Keeping the website updated -
- Manitainig the existing local network
- Regular backups of critical data on clouds
Candidate should have good command in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
Salary will be around 15,000/month
