Job Description

We are an Investment Management Firm with an educated and intellectual work environment. We do world class, real time research for our proprietary event based and fundemental value based investment models which include both fundemental as well as technical analysis. Our research leads to actionable investment decisions.

We research international financial markets which include world wide equities, commodities, currencies and fixed incomes. Our research includes micro (firm specific) as well as macro (currency risk and country risk) analysis. Presently we do not research Pakistan capital markets.

As we expand we have 3 additional vacancies. Applying candidates should have deep interest in International Finance and World Events.

Candidates should also be proficient in Project Finance modelling, financial spread sheets, report writing and interacting with reputable international and domestic financial and nonfinancial institutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

MBA in Finance from reputable Foreign or Local University.

M.A./MPhil/Ph.D in Economics (specialization in Money, Banking, Monetary, International, Business Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods) from Foreign or Local (AERC type) institutions. ECONOMISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Good written spoken English essential as all research is in English.

Excellent IT/computer and Financial modelling skills required.

Candidate must be Independent Thinker, Quick Learner, Capable, Energetic, Innovative.

Principal responsibilities include real-time analysis of international equity, commodity, currency Markets and financial modelling.

Must have interest in world events and International finance.
