About the Company:

Prime Group is an Australian based group of businesses that deals with various medical and non-medical projects.

We have customer service agents in Australia and in Sahiwal.

We are planning to expand our service in Lahore.

Purpose, scope and salary: 

Develop aligned partnerships with the small to mid-sized retailers/businesses and deal with customers accordingly to increase the sale.

You will be paid a guaranteed salary plus commission for the first three months. After three months, it will only be a commission. Good quality candidates can easily get an excess of 150K plus every month depending on the experience, communication skills, and sales/negotiating skills.

Expected Outcomes/Job Functions:

  • Assist in developing and implement sales strategies to build and increase sales volume. Meet or exceed all sales targets.
  • Identify and call on key online retailers/businesses to develop partnering opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze and present market and competitive intelligence.
  • Do thorough and effective online research to find prospects, customers, and businesses.
  • Help establish accurate sales forecasts and budgets.

Education and Experience: (minimum requirements)

  • Proven track record of developing a new market
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. At least 3 years of sales experience in commodities required. Some experience in upselling to value-added products or relationship partnerships preferred
  • A good understanding of financial concepts and principals
  • Excellent English Skills/Communication Skills

  • Selling techniques and strategies as they relate to online marketing channels
  • Strong influence management
  • Internal and external communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Financial skills including budgeting and forecasting
  • Business partnering skills; i.e. negotiation, problem-solving, conflict management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Working Conditions: 

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.This job is primarily performed in an office environment. The noise level in the office is generally moderate.

Communication Expectations: 

The position routinely requires verbal and written communication in English in order to complete the daily business requirements. Verbal communications include, but are not limited to team meetings to discuss daily department requirements, work instructions to team members, presentations to management or customers, project meetings with peers and management, communications with peers and management, and safety instructions and training. Written communications include, but are not limited to: department paperwork, projects updates, safety walkthroughs, purchase orders, continuous improvement projects, and communications with peers, customers, and management.
