Manager ERP

As the Manager of ERP at Cotton Web Limited, you take the lead in managing a skilled team of 15 professionals dedicated to optimizing our Oracle ERP systems and ensuring efficient business operations. Your extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12 and financial applications positions you as a key player in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles while fostering collaboration between functional and technical teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, maintaining information security, and conducting audits, all while delivering projects on time and within scope. Your role is crucial in capturing the dynamic requirements of our business users and translating them into effective system solutions that enhance our operational capabilities. You will drive initiatives to optimize system performance and troubleshoot challenges, further solidifying your leadership position in the organization.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15 professionals focused on Oracle ERP, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
Oversee functional and technical teams in the implementation of Oracle EBS R12, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business goals.
Facilitate and manage at least three end-to-end implementations of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
Collaborate with business users to gather system requirements, effectively translating them into comprehensive solutions tailored to business needs.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of EBS modules, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational standards.
Monitor system performance regularly, implementing optimization strategies and troubleshooting issues to enhance functionality and user experience.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), information security protocols, and conduct regular audits to uphold operational integrity.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, providing regular updates on progress and ensuring deliverables meet the defined scope and timelines.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of new technologies and solutions that enhance business processes.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals and outcomes.
