MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

TIMELY DEVELOPMENT OF ACCESSORIES

1. To select The right supplier for the development of a particular product, according to required standard of customers

2. Update the development status of daily basis with adding new developments as well as to update the submitted accessories.

3. To make sure that the required information, to make the required product, is very clear from merchandizing/ customers.

QC MANAGEMENT

1. To ensure that keeping of approved physical samples for ready reference at the time of placing bulk orders.

2. To make sure that all the products being developed are from the oeko- tex Certified supplier.

3. Any new product under development must be complied with its operational attachment on garments.

4. To ensure that the developed sample is approved by customers in first submission

COMPETITIVE RATES

1. To ensure that price is given to merchandizers with submission of developed product

2. To coordinate with DM and Managers to make sure that price being quoted to merchandizing is competent and covers all other factors (i.e. freights etc.)

Thread Calculation

1. Ensure that Thread consumption and cost should be correct & on time

KPI MANAGEMENT

1. KPIs are measured on the basis of ensuring that

a. To make sure all Trims for sampling should be in house on time
