Responsibilities and Duties

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Banquet and / or event management and /or marquee field is required.
She will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the staff and making sure all events go smoothly.
Planning the venue layout according to the number of guest and the type of event.
Supervising the placement of tables, chairs, cut lery, plats, glasses, tables linens, centerpieces, heating lamps and serving utensils.
Overseeing the seating of guests, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.
Make Sure the cleanness of Marquees and Kitchen regularly.
Preparing final bill at the end of the event.
Preparing work schedules and completing documentation in a timely manner.
Must have in extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements.
Must have in depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.
Consulting with chef regarding customer’s needs and discussing the timing of meal courses to be served.
Must have exceptional knowledge of cash handling without any mistake.
Must have exceptional communication skills.
