Responsibilities

Inbound lead generation and sales closing.
Answer customer questions about products and services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Coordinate with supply chain to make sure the desired product reaches the right customer specially during peak hours.
Inform customers about special discounts and offers
Maintain a proper sales reporting sheet and share daily sales with the manager.

Skills:

Familiarity with Tidio, Zendesk or Crispchat would be a plus
