Creatif Soft is looking for a passionate, result-driven and highly motivated “Customer Support Representative”. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

· Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Deal with our international and local customers on call, emails and live chat.

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

مہارتیں

Excellent communication and presentation Negotiating and Customer relationship skills. Ability to multi-task & manage time Confidence and persistence. Patience and self-motivation.
