- Some experience with object-oriented or functional programming
- JavaScript/jQuery (specifically jQuery 1.8.2)
- Experience with Entity Framework, or Microsoft LINQADO for Database Connections
- Distributed revision control (SVN)Some experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Dependency Injection/Inversion for Control (Unity)Issue Tracking (JIRA)Service-Oriented Architecture (NServiceBus)Domain-Driven Design/CQRS
- Automating repetitive tasks Cold Fusion
- Experience Bonus points (Potential leads should have a few of these):
- Familiarity with Web Development principals and UI (JavaScript/AJAX, CSS, Web Services, etc)Unit Testing Frameworks
- Familiarity with Dependency Injection Frameworks (Unity, Ninject, etc)Strong C# .NET skills with experience in:Layered architecture

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in web development
- Sr. knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3JavaScript (jQuery), AJAX, JSON
- Version Control (i.e. Git)Responsive design implementation experience
- Knowledge of accessibility
- Standards-compliant and cross-browser compatible code
