We Creative Distrix is IT baasses, software house located at Lahore. We are looking for an Experienced and Passionate Business Development Executive
Candidates who has experience of working on Freelancing (Fiverr, UpWork, Guru, Freelancer) and Social Media Platform (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) would be preferred.
Candidates should have following skills:
- Understanding of how freelancing websites work. (How to bid on projects, convince clients to avail our services)
- Social & Digital Media Marketing Strategies.
- should be work on MS Office & Excel to maintaining sheets and making Docs Online
- Must have some working experience in Admin & business development Skills Required
- Have Effective Time Management and Organizational Skills.
Responsibilities:
- - Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or with web & marketing).
- - Prior experience in bidding with grip on Upwork and Freelancer.com etc. is must.
- - Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Update Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media networks
- Build, plan and implement marketing plans with digital marketing strategy
- Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
- Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
- Perform regular employee evaluations, handling and tracking production task to all staff & determine areas of improvement.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing interviews.
- Assist C.E.O On Production, Stratigies, Goals & Administration.
