We are looking for the Services Sales Coordinator with below Job Descriptions:
1) Daily Sale monitoring
2) Preparing LPG lifting Chart of each distributor & Plan there load in consultation with Marketing Staff & Plant Manager
3) Remind Distributor of their loads
4) Interact with distributors of their issues & resolve
5) Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
6) Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
7) Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
8) Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering calls and handling orders by phone
9) Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
10) Collaborate with management staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
