Accounts Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer

Crescent Corporation Luxury Group (with its Spanish heritage) was incorporated in 2003 in Pakistan as a company with a prime focus on import, manufacturing, and sales of High-quality designer furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, and other interior objects in Pakistan.
The company is currently headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.
The company has seen exponential growth in the last few years and has grown to become one of the leading furniture companies in Pakistan with sales operations and warehousing facilities in Lahore and Valencia, Spain.
The manufacturing facilities are in Lahore and Valencia, Spain.
We are looking for an energetic and confident accounts officer (male).
The candidate must have basic knowledge of the subject and willing to work during challenges.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for recording, generating, and dispatching of sale tax invoice
Filing monthly sale tax return on FBR
Should have a grip on using ERP SAGE-50
Preparing customers with aging reports
Preparing monthly Sales Reports
Chasing Recovery and preparing recovery report on every 15 days and present to director
Posting voucher on daily basis on software.
Accounts receivables / Accounts payable recording and reconciliation
Preparing monthly & yearly financial statements
Assist to Accounts Manager in daily routine work
Assist to Sale Managers in their routine work
Any other duty assign by Director

Qualifications

Minimum B.Com. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
