The Crescent Group is looking for a full-time Supervisor at their head office.

Responsibilities:

Report to the Manager Operations.
Direct oversight for operational and maintenance decisions
Staff and contractor deployment
Assigning and scheduling work
Resource leveling
Team building among assigned workforce
Work collaboratively with the Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to ensure successful completion of preventative maintenance work such as electric, plumbing and air conditioning
Operate within assigned budget

Requirements:

Technical School diploma or equivalent is required
5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
