Developing and maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with the residents of the building.
• Coordinating with the security gate and the residents to either allow or disallow visitors/guests to enter the premises as per the respective resident’s requirement.
• Receiving and holding mails/packages on behalf of residents and delivering them safely to their respective apartments at appropriate times.
• Maintaining and upkeep of the visitors and workers log.
• Handling of petty cash account and store account and maintaining the cash register and store ledger.
• Ensuring a clean and tidy environment in the front area of the building.
• Taking complaints of residents and taking action upon the complaint if within the power, if not then report the complaint to higher management or the security as required.
• Ensuring that visitors are given a tag to park their cars and that they park in the allotted visitors parking bays.
• Taking bookings of entertainment areas by residents for their private get-togethers.
• Assisting the residents in all ways possible.
• Immediate reporting of any illegal/immoral/unethical activity to the higher management or the head office.
• Drafting of letters/circulars/notices and having them delivered to the addressed.
