Customer Sales Representative

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and offering product recommendations. Your main objective will be to understand customers' needs, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the company's products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

2.Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers.
3.Maintain clean environment at shop with properly following cleaning sops.
4.Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
5.Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
6.Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
7.Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
8.Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
9.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
10.Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
