You must be

Have proven leadership skills and must be able to manage, develop, and motivate a highly performing staff.
Be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment while effectively delegating tasks.
Must be proficient with computers and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Successful execution of duties include the following:
Effectively communicates with Guests and Team Members.
Participates in performance reviews and disciplinary coaching of Team Members.
Complete all opening and closing duties, to include: cash handling, inventory, and other daily reports.
Welcome Guests and set the stage for the hospitality experience.
Play your role in the training, integrating, and establishment of performance expectations.
Plan, assigns, and directs the work.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
When necessary addresses performance issues and complaints and devises a plan of action to resolve the issues.
Supervise the quality control of standardizing all food and beverage service.
Ensure areas are profitable according to plan, and that quality service is provided.
