We are seeking a motivated, articulate team player to join us.
The role involves developing the online marketing strategy as well as hands on delivery and execution, ensuring successful planning, implementation, monitoring and communication.
The chosen candidate will predominantly work on Digital Marketing functions, from social media and email campaigns to website and SEO improvements.
You will work as part of our marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns to help get the company’s voice heard and attract an engaged audience.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, design, content, and conversion
Lead the development of the social media presence
Engage with the LinkedIn community to increase relevant brand exposure
To be responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimisation and search marketing
Passionate about digital marketing – constantly keeping up with latest trends and recommending ways to improve brand awareness and lead generation
Mentoring junior marketing colleagues

Requirements

3+ years working in marketing, applying various techniques to improve brand development
Become an expert in our brand, industry, competitors and audience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
Experience working in an agile environment
Build strong relationships within internal team and learn from experienced colleagues
Preferred candidates will hold a relevant degree level qualification
