Assistant Financial Analyst

CureMD Assistant Financial Analyst prepare, analyze, audit, and report accounting information to provide quantitative intelligence on our financial performance. They support the Finance Department by managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure transparency and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping all the company’s financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis
Preparation of all cheques and vouchers and managing petty cash
Preparing bank reconciliation statement
Handling vendor management tasks i.e. invoicing, providing quotations, having updated knowledge of local taxation systems (both withholding taxes and goods and services taxes)
Handling all finance related queries regarding advance policies and overtime
Be apt at inventory management, as well as, oversee company purchases and costing

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate in Accounting, Business and/or Finance of any reputable university
Must have 6 months to 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience using Quick books/Peachtree & MS Office (MS Excel proficiency)
Shift Time – 12.00 PM TO 9.00 PM
