Position Description:
- This role is responsible for the coordination, information gathering and development of system and software application requirements and process workflow.
- Interface with business stakeholders to gather and document the technical details needed for the development of new software applications as well as new features and changes to existing software applications and systems.
- Work directly with the Development and QA teams to facilitate the translation of requirements into appropriate designs as well as test and deployment plans.
- Functional and non-functional analysis and documentations using appropriate techniques including; task analysis, storyboards, surveys, business process redesign, use cases, scenarios, competitor analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Participation in peer reviews and inspections of requirement documents and work derived from requirements, to ensure compliance and traceability throughout the project.
- Language review of the technical documentation for the engineering team.
- Clearly differentiate between the documentation for technical and non-technical users.
- Create, update, and review content for the CureMD knowledge base (CureWiki)
- Produce easy-to-understand user guides, getting started guides, training manuals, online help, video scripts and other material as required.
- Plan and schedule documentation delivery within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- BSCS or equivalent.
- Relevant Experience: 1 year or more
- Good understanding of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), software development life cycle methodologies especially RUP and/or Agile and industry best practices.
- Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information.
- Ability to write clearly to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and fact gathering skills to derive requirements from symptoms/wants/needs.
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
