CureMD is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team.
The job will be to thoughtfully contribute to our award-winning products.
Our solution enables physicians to care for their patients and save lives with proactive disease management systems.
We’re working to turn a complex and sometimes cumbersome process into an intuitive, satisfying and empowering experience.
As a member of our product team, you will work to re-imagine healthcare and optimize the entire physician experience, specifically as part of a team charged with challenging the status quo of expanding access and quality of care.
Our UX designers are champions for our users and embrace the challenge of solving meaningful problems that present the greatest opportunities to ease the burden on humans, removing obstacles and creating better pathways for care coordination, disease forecasting and treatment automation.

Responsibilities:

Seek and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional teams. Must be able to work during late nights when user meetings are held.
Conduct primary and secondary research i.e. end user, industry, domain and academic.
Constantly identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.
Create high quality deliverables for key product decisions. Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and postmortems.
Proactively seek out and foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development life cycle.
Work closely with UX designers, project managers and back-end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years of professional design experience as a UX / interaction designer, information architect or a similar UX-related role.
Self-motivated with ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
Portfolio of high quality work, interaction design skills, jaw dropping / transformational original ideas.

Preferred qualifications:

Interest in developing deep understanding of the healthcare technology space.
Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, cognitive science, comp
O/A levels background will be preferred.
A thorough understanding of the relationship between design, business and technology.
Expertise in the entire UX life cycle, best practices and applicable tools.
In-depth experience of working in a collaborative environment with the engineering team for design implementation.
Demonstrated history of acquiring and benefiting from user data (e.g., end user research, behavioral assessment, etc) will be preferable.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD, or tools
