Responsibilities:

Provide efficient and timely technical support for end-users for both hardware and software related problems
Prioritize incoming support requests, investigate, escalate as necessary, and provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution in appropriate manner
Monitor and maintain the company’s issue tracking system and ensure proper support resources are provisioned
Effectively work and communicate with other IT staff to resolve complex requests and all unresolved escalated work orders
Maintain, troubleshoot and support the day-to-day operations of our computer network by monitoring system performance and configuration
Continuously seek and provide feedback regarding current IT process & identify areas for improvement
Must be a good troubleshooter, specifically in Microsoft Windows environment
Ability to thrive and help foster a positive team environment
Hardware procurement and maintain asset inventory through software portal

Troubleshooting OS related issues
Microsoft Server installation and configuration
Microsoft Share Point Server, SQL administration
Troubleshooting Network related issues
Router, Switches installation and configuration
Active Directory administration
DR/BCP Planning and Implementation
GPO’s and policies understanding
Understanding security frameworks
Data encryption
Backups and recovery
Virtualization Technology – Vmware, Hyper V
