We’re looking for a customer-focused UI/UX graphic designer at the forefront of innovation.
You will play a pivotal role in defining the behavior of the Curiato suite of products through the creation of new user experiences for these products.

Responsibilities:

Focus on creating the best user experience for the suite of products
Ensure products have a well defined, customer-focused, forward-thinking and efficient user experience
Create mock-ups and wireframes
Create graphic and branding asset library
Contribute to the definition of product capabilities from both a customer and user experience perspective
Engage the product and business team to understand business processes, information flows, functional requirements, and backlog priority
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to brainstorm, design, prototype, and test solutions to customer problems
Conduct user research including end-user testing of UI prototypes
Assist the R&D team on technology constraints and opportunities ensuring the full implementation of the UX vision
Design and deliver new user experiences
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and tools as needed.

Skills:

Experience with UI/UX design for complex workflows and/or for technical end-users
3+ years of UI/UX experience with a portfolio of design projects to share
5+ years graphic design
Fluency in current software development tooling and production environments including Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, Abstract
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Proficiency in the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Experience on PowerBI and other BI platforms
