The Service engineer is responsible for providing support services to all customers, specifically related to installation, maintenance, support services & troubleshooting.

Provide on site installation, instrument validation, commissioning and training on analytical lab equipment.
High quality technical and application support to customers.
Develop technical documentation related to service department.
Maintain detailed records and service log books of instruments, visits and projects.
Reporting periodically to management and correspondence with foreign partners.
Travel to different cities of Pakistan to successfully commence the repair and preventive maintenance tasks
