It's a commission based job, in addition to the basic salary.

Assist in planning an effective execution of monthly / quarterly / annual sales plan to meet the assigned targets.
Ensure timely provision of knowledge of new promotions, products and services to the customers.
Ensure effective implementation of Stormfiber SOPs.
Promote a positive company image through customer care, trouble shooting and providing remedial solution to day to day problems faced by the customer.
Explore potential business opportunities in his assigned residential area.
Make door-to-door sales presentations in order to sell Stormfiber services to potential & existing Customers in assigned territory.
Ensure productivity standards set by the department are maintained at all times.
