Follow up with Vendors to obtain quotes against the required items and ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods.
Coordinate with banks, finance department and other relevant stakeholders with regard to payment and bill processing.
Document the transactions of imported goods received by posting updated information in SAP and internal software.
Prepare Monthly Stock Reports and Interim Asset Reports and share them with relevant stakeholders after detailed analysis.
Handle the issuance of 3G SIMs and deployments and take necessary action with regard to recovery, payment, and termination and keep a track of inventory.
Follow up with third party vendors to update the status of transactions and maintain updated supplier records accordingly.
