The required resource will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through:

Installation, configuration and maintenance of customer network infrastructure including RF, DSL, VSAT, Fiber, IP Routing etc
Configuration and maintenance of customer systems infrastructure
Cybernet network infrastructure installation, replacement and maintenance (as per requirement)
Internal and external coordination with problem resolution approach

Achieve following targets:

Customer satisfaction by providing effective support
Meet with threshold service delivery and support time duration target
Technical abilities improvement to facilitate customers

Skills Required:

CRM handling for service delivery and support WAN infra-structure including Frame-relay, ATM, MP, RF and VSAT connectivity knowledge (IDU, ODU, RF C)
Email utilities configuration and troubleshooting
Basic Linux/Windows Server management
Basic power hardware knowledge, AC/DC, safety prec, IP subnetting, basic routing & switching
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Effective Communication and Coordination Skills
Stress & Time Management Skills
