Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of available talent for open positions by researching available candidates’ databases.
  • Developing as well as maintaining relationships with high-quality professionals.
  • Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates and fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and own the recruiting process end to end.
  • Collaborate with client hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition process.
  • Take responsibility for the onboarding process for new employees.  
  • Entrepreneurial and hungry for more responsibility, challenges, and growth.
  • Have the ability to persuade candidates and influence without being pushy or aggressive.
  • Demonstrate a very high level of professionalism and high touch customer service to all clients and candidates

 Skills Required

  • Sound interviewing and evaluation techniques which demonstrate good judgment and adherence to applicable laws and guidelines
  • Has at least two years of experience in international recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, applicants and third parties
  • Must be able to work as an individual as well as a team player
  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel this may be demonstrated through pre-employment testing if necessary
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to work professionally and ethically.
  • Must be able to work in a fast past and dynamic work environment.
  • The ability to persuade and influence without being pushy or aggressive.
  • Must be able to work second shift (01:00 PM to 10:00 PM) 5 days a week
