CyberVision is looking for a Business Development Manager. Ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with strong positive attributes and business Development and Sales skills. Only candidates with experience from IT and Software technologies firms will be considered.

Working Responsibilities

  • Identify potential prospects and develop relationships with prospect clients
  • Cold-call to potential prospects that are generated by external sources of leads.
  • Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts, and radiate sales from potential prospects.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Fulfilling daily targets given by management.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via phone, and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospects calls and convert them into sales.
  • Should have great understanding and experience of Public/Private/Development sector Tenders/ RFP/ EOI processess.
  • Experience on outsourcing portals would be a plus.

Mandatory Skills

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have experience in dealing with offshore clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and analytic skills
  • Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
  • Must have good online searching skills.
  • Must have knowledge of social media.
  • Flexibility/Agility
  • Targets based Result oriented
  • Clients relationship building and growing the company
  • MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills are a must
