We are looking for an ASP.NET MVC developer that will be able to develop and support in new and existing applications. The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis and designing new functionality
- Collaborate with the team to produce software design and architecture
- Writing test-backed server-side code
- Supporting and fixing existing functionality
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Skills
- Knowledge of development in (ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET web form) applications
- knowledge of Entity Framework | ADO.NET
- knowledge in MSSQL
- Database design including indexes and data integrity
- Dependency injection pattern and IoC containers using at least one of: Autofac, Unity, Ninject, and/or SimpleIoc
- Implementing enterprise application patterns
- Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS
- Familiarity with the client-side framework jQuery
- Knowledge of best security practices
- Knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Work in a team environment creating and supporting enterprise-grade applications
Note:
The successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, able to meet deadlines, and able to take initiatives without much supervision.
