We need the services of a young and aspiring leader with 2-3 years of BD experience in the software industry.
- The selected person is supposed to work closely with the Project Manager to assist in developing a strategy and streamlining the financial functions.
- So, this is an ideal opportunity for emerging leaders who are willing to take the next role in their carrier.
Purpose:
- The selected candidate is supposed to help us in expanding our client base.
- stimulating sustainable financial growth by achieving company targets.
Experience & Responsibilities:
- Investigate business opportunities and devise a strategy by analyzing products & services the offering of the company and the market trends.
- Generating leads and reaching out to potential customers.
- Experience using different online platforms i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc. that result in new projects/sales.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in a prospect organization.
- Cold calling to the prospects.
- Manage meetings with the customers mostly online.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for the customers.
- Create, train, and lead the business development team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same role in the Computer Software Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with international clients.
- Candidate should be able to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Should be able to work according to different time zones.
- Minimum Bachelors in the relevant area of study, technical background of IT is a plus.
