Good news and opportunity for fresh graduates and intermediate to join our sales team Cypessoft is looking for a Bidding Specialist.

The ideal candidate should be responsible for:

Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.) for Desktop Application, Web Application, and Mobile Application Development jobs.
Quality project selection and bidding.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
Maintain a very high rating on all platforms.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia.
Should have excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
Generating business through online freelancing portal likes Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc.
Strong grip to write winning proposals, deciding costing and negotiations.
Technical knowledge about Selected Domains. (plus Point).
Must have good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Meet monthly quota of projects.
Lead the generation that results in sales.
Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated.
Salary will Depend on how good you are at work from online platforms.

Notice: Have software development knowledge will be a great plus.
