Job Description:

A PPC Manager is responsible for implementing Pay-Per-Click media strategies for Amazon based brands, coordinating and quickly understanding, managing, and supporting initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of multiple PPC campaigns. As a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager, you will also be responsible to do Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for our brands. For this position, a candidate should be extremely good with numbers and should have great analytical skills.

The main objective should be to ensure that our PPC ads and promotion endeavours have the most astounding return on investment (ROI.). In-depth understanding of TACOS, ACoS & RoAS for Amazon and handling large sets of products within the Amazon eco-system is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon PPC advertising across multiple brands/accounts.
  • Focus on success: Run PPC campaigns that achieve our brands’ campaign goals of increased visits, sales, and purchase frequency.
  • Types of Campaigns you will be Running: Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, DSP, VIS (Video-in-Search) Ads.
  • Be a good teammate: Coordinate with supply chain and brand management to ensure marketing efforts are aligned
  • Test and Experiment: Test different types of campaigns to optimize ad-spend efficiency (phrase, broad, exact)
  • Solve problems: Troubleshoot advertising issue such as profit loss, low return, and high ACOS.
  • Take the lead: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Use 3rd party PPC advertising software to facilitate campaign creation (Quartile)
  • Stay up to date with PPC (Pay per click) advertising trends.
  • Managing campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimise the ROI
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impressions, CTR, conversion rate, and other important account metrics.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

Requirements & Qualification:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience as an Amazon PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
  • A Bachelor’s degree in statistics, marketing, and/or business (BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media)
  • Knowledge of Amazon PPC management, SEO and digital marketing concepts and trends
  • Expert working knowledge of tools like Amazon advertising console
  • Proficient in Excel/G-Sheet/Spreadsheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Bonus: Experience managing Amazon PPC advertising with Quartile
  • Bonus: Professional certification in Google Ads
  • Bonus: Familiar with all Social media sites and platforms with their Ad management dashboards (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
